Shipping Policy

Here at Bright Green Stones we ship our products worldwide. Once the payment has been made and the purchase has been confirmed we process the order within 78 working hours and ship it to you. All orders will be delivered via DHL and Brinks. If you want your goods to be shipped with full insurance, please contact us.

The delivery usually takes 5-7 days to reach you. After the shipment has taken place you will receive an update with tracking details and the estimate delivery time.

In case of any circumstances delivery is not made within estimated time, we kindly ask you to be patient for up to 1-2  weeks for the order to be completed.

If goods are being delivered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. We Bright Green Stone C.Ltd are not responsible for such charges and we do not make any estimate for the charges. If you wish to declare a different value, kindly contact us on our email after the order has been placed. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information
